摘要
Based on the technology of system on a programmable chip (SOPC), a frequency variable inverter is developed and implemented, and the field programmable gate array (FPGA) in the series of Cyclone III manufactured by Alter Co. is Utilized. The mathematical model of the three-phase inverter and related control strategy are established in this paper, then the design of its hardware and software are fulfilled, besides, the relevant configuration of Nios II processor is given. By the simulation tool MatIab/Simulink, the proposed inverter is simulated. In addition, an experimental platform, by which the frequency of inverter's output voltage can be continuously regulated within the range from 5 Hz to 50 Hz, is constructed, thus the effectiveness and feasibility of this design are verified. Utilizing highly integrated FPGA and adopting the technology of SOPC, the structure of control system can be simplified, and various high-speed algorithms can be realized in the designed system.
