摘要
A method of temperature calibration of a block of micromechanical accelerometers that is part of an independent strapdown inertial measurement module is presented. The temperature dependence of each additive component of the error is investigated. The coefficients of a model of the standard deviation and zero drift of the MMA7331L accelerometer are calculated.
