摘要
The giant magneto-impedance (GMI), induced magnetic anisotropy, and domain structure of nearly zero magnetostriction Fe3Co67Cr3Si15B12 amorphous ribbons have been comparatively analysed. Transverse magnetic anisotropy has been induced by stress annealing at various regimes. Samples with similar anisotropy strengths can show very different GMI responses. Hysteretic behaviours of the GMI ratio are also reported. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
