A Comparative Study on Product Knowledge and Functional Requirements of Winter Sportswear between Professional and Non-professional Consumers in China

In this paper, a comprehensive survey on functional requirements for winter outdoor sportswear is conducted among 620 consumers (521 non-professional consumers and 99 professional consumers) in China. The results of the investigation reveal that two groups of respondents have similar requirements and knowledge oil clothing fitting and colour, methods of clothing fitting evaluation, clothing structure and material. At the same time, the results indicate two groups of consumers have different clothing functional requirements.
