摘要
Cellulases play an important role in specialized commercial applications and can be used as biocatalyst for cellulose hydrolysis, but its activity is rather lower than that of other hydrolases. In this work cellulase was immobilized on poly(N-vinylamine) and poly(N-vinylformamide) based support. The enzyme was covalently bound directly to the supports or using glutaraldehyde as a spacer. Highly active biocomposites were developed and their multiple application for cellulose hydrolysis has been proved.
