摘要
Studies conducted in Ethiopia and elsewhere confirm that the Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) sector has the potential contributions to the economic growth, employment generation and poverty alleviation. However, The Small-Medium enterprises (SMEs) sector in Ethiopia faces a number of constraints that hinder its rapid growth and development and therefore reduces the weight of its potential contribution to the national economy, and inhibits the economic empowerment of women. This study shows in a model the influential factors of women job involvement in SNNPRS of Ethiopia referring to SME in specific, and from the analysis some proposals are suggested for increasing Ethiopian Women job involvement.
