摘要
The power system is evolving into the cyber physical power systems (CPPS) that are highly coupled by the physical power systems and the information systems. Many blackouts occurred worldwide because of cyber-attacks or communication failures. Therefore, the reliability evaluation of the CPPS needs to consider the impact of the information systems on the physical systems. The monitoring function is one of most importance roles of the information systems. This paper firstly analyzes the impact of monitoring function failure on the reliability of power system. Then, the reliability calculation model for the monitoring function and the reliability assessment method to CPPS considering communication failure in monitoring function are proposed. Finally, the simulation results on the IEEE-30 bus system validate the proposed method.
