摘要：
In this paper, we discuss a class of Ito stochastic neutral systems with disturbance, presenting the conditions for the rationality of the corresponding equivalent control method, the conditions for the existence of sliding mode, and the conditions for sliding mode satisfying the property of approximation. Moreover, the attainability of the sliding mode motion is proved.
