摘要
Correlation effects have been analyzed in a series of quasi-two-dimensional molecular compounds by photoemission measurements, these formed by organic donors and metal complexes. It has been found that suppression of the spectral weight at the Fermi level, attributable to electron-correlation effects, appears only for compounds with a packing sequence of the organic chains favoring hybridization among their molecular orbitals. These compounds also show an energy-dependence of the spectral density function unusually sharper than that expected from simple electron correlation models, but appears to be coherent with the behavior observed in other correlated molecular compounds.
