摘要：
Cloud computing enables anyone to gain great computing, network and storage capacities at a very low cost. In order to preserve privacy, fully homomorphic encryption is proposed and studied. However, secure fully homomorphic schemes must choose large secure parameters. In this paper, we give a new solution based on additive and multiple homomorphic encryption-Dual Homomorphic Encryption. Dual homomorphic encryption can meet the demands of fully homomorphic encryption and be much more practical.
