THE RIGHT TO THE CITY, between rural and urban

This paper discusses the emergence and nature of urban and rural contemporaries and their relationships with the city and countryside. The intention is to look at the city as a place not exclusively urban, and therefore, the field is not as exclusive rural location, The motivation is rooted in the present and arguably diluting the urban-rural contradiction, on the one hand defends the urbanization of society and on the other, says the emergence of a new rurality. The importance of this discussion lies in the need to point out that the right to the city beyond the city itself.
