摘要
The hybridization properties of various peptide-oligonucleotide hybrids were assessed front UV thermal denaturation experiments. Analysis of these and other published data suggests that peptide chains, both hydrophobic and positively charged, generally have a clear stabilizing effect on short-chain oligonucleotide duplexes.
