Construction of dynamic knowledge map in engineering project management

The modem engineering project management becomes increasingly complex and international. It's essential to apply knowledge management to engineering project management at present. In order to implement knowledge management effectively, we need a knowledge platform with individuation to exchange, share knowledge and carry effective management. This paper proposes engineering project management dynamic knowledge map aiming at the traits of engineering project management, studies dynamic knowledge map's application to engineering project management, constructs the framework of dynamic knowledge map and expatiates on the major process and contents during constructing the framework. Lastly, the paper points out the problems that should be paid attention to during construction.
