Based on its physical conditions, included land use changes in Jakarta, study conducted 10 sample sub-districts area in Jakarta. Study results show that the largest decrease of ground water availability occurs in Jagakarsa with 76,92% decreases in 10 years. The smallest decreases occur in Cempaka Putih with 0,8%, while the average decreases of 10 sample sub-districts area reach 34% in 10 years. The best intervention scenario conducted on the ground water availability a model show that increases of Ground water availability with the addition of the State's Drinking Water Company performance, the addition of 30% green space and the addition of groundwater taxes efficiency.
