摘要
Previously optimised closed microwave-assisted extraction, focused microwave-assisted extraction and accelerated solvent extraction methods were studied for the extraction of a variety of organic pollutants (phenols, PCBs, HCH isomers, DDT its metabolites and PAHs) from soil samples. In most cases, the results obtained were compared with, traditional Soxhlet extraction and reference materials (CRM, 481 and CRM 524) were used. In all cases, the recoveries and repeatabilities ties obtained with the developed new methods were better or at least comparable with the results obtained with Soxhlet extraction and the results were in good agreement with referenced values.
