摘要
In today's fast changing environments, new materials have been recognized as key drivers for company growth and profitability. It becomes a critical issue for corporates pursuing the profits and maintaining the competitiveness through an appropriate technology transfer method in new materials field. Technology transfer is a part of innovation process. Technology transfer is the process let the technology from individual or organization transfer to the other. However, little has been done in discussing the topic. Consequently, the main purposes of this research are to evaluate the critical criteria and select the most suitable technology transfer method in the new materials by Fuzzy AHP approach. Two major findings can be shown as follow: Firstly, the criterion "characteristics of technology" win the highest weight, followed by the criteria "features of technology provider", and "features of technology receiver". Secondly, licensing method and joint venture of R&D are the two most appropriate technology transfer methods in the new materials field.
