摘要：

In this study, a model is developed in order to determine risks in international investment on real estate. This model is based on the determination of the most important factors that may cause faulty behavior. In this study, fuzzy AHP method is used to determine the degree of importance of the factors and sub-factors in the model. With the factor weights calculated by using fuzzy AHP, it can be determined which factors can cause more risk in the international real estate investment.
