摘要
The choice of the optical system and the geometry of the energy filter for an accelerator "EPOS", which allows to exclude the ingress of electrons with energies below 17 MeV on the irradiated target is substantiated. The magnetic system of the filter includes dipole magnet with constant field and scanner-magnet. The last is used for scanning the beam on the target and for compensation the angle of the beam deflection by the first magnet. The chromatism of system is sufficient for work: the beam position on the target changes less than 2.5 mm, when the energy of electron beam changes from 20 to 35 MeV.
