摘要：
We assessed the management of ovarian borderline tumors, in our Institute, in the period January 1990-January 1999. We observed 31 cases of ovarian borderline tumors. Ail patients, aged from 17 to 76, underwent primary surgery and some of them also immediately second look for exactly staging. The young patients with unilateral stage IA disease underwent conservative surgery with appropriate staging without adjuvant chemotherapy, while in menopausal patients surgery was the same as for clearly malignant rumors (total abdominal hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, omentectomy and appendectomy).
