摘要
A patient suffering from Homer's syndrome and radicular symptoms of Th1 caused by protrusion of the first thoracic intervertebral disc is presented. Horner's syndrome is due to compression of the preganglionic sympathetic fibres as they leave the spinal cavity in the anterior root of Th1. Diagnosis was confirmed by spinal MRT. The symptoms resolved after conservative therapy in a few days.
