摘要
As a result of the present work, nonselective ion leakage of plasmalemma of plant cells was identified and its main Properties were found. It is shown that there is no selectivity in the series of monovalent cations and that there is no PH effect and potential dependence of its conductivity. The contribution of nonselective leakage to the total permeability of the plasmalemma (of the older of magnitude of 0.1 for potassium ions under normal conditions) is determined and it is shown that it increases substantially for cations discriminated by potassium channels.
