摘要
This paper(1) presents a smart freight transporting system that uses machine learning in order to optimize resources and a mobile apps to display results to potential users. In the proposed framework, we developed a clustering based recommender system for customers, strategic objectives are statements that indicate what is critical to the final decision, and the proposed smart system has as an objective to reduce CO2 emissions, fuel consumption, and congestion by reducing the waiting time of the customers. The framework has the potential to identify more efficient and affordable solutions for traffic management and customer satisfactions.
