摘要：
In view of the current situation of retail chain logistics outsourcing and the third-party logistics company in China, combining with the significance of modern retail chain logistics outsourcing, This paper proposes that the logistics capability of both don't match currently. Based on previous studies, it seeks to find the retail chain logistics outsourcing strategy that match the ability between logistics outsourcing demander and provider.
