NEW APPROACHES TO FINANCING OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION UNDER CONDITIONS OF CREDIT SYSTEM OF TRAINING

Purpose - identify the ways of improving the system of higher education financing adequately to a new forms of teaching and educational activities and training organization. Methodology - the study was based on identifying the characteristics of innovative educational technologies and the linkage between them and the tools of financing, as well as the study of foreign experience and international trends in the system of higher education financing. Originality/value - the positive features and deficiencies of the current model of the formation of contingent of universities students and funding mechanism of higher education institutions was identified; the specific features of the credit system of education and formulated its financial problems was highlight; approaches to the method of calculating the cost of the education grant were given. Findings - the main tools of the system of higher education financing in the credit system of education conditionals were identified and recommendations to improve the financial mechanism were given.
