Perforation and obstruction of the small intestine are well recognized in cases of ulcero-constrictive gastro-intestinal tuberculosis(1,2) and at the commencement of anti-tuberculous chemotherapy.(3) We present a case of two metachronous per forations in a patient despite established anti-tuberculous treatment.
