摘要
Natural resource use gives rise to public and private goods and services in national economy.Choice of method for transformation of natural resource in welfare depends on number of factors. Such factors are: scientific and technological advance, existing technologies of manufacturer, access to necessary investment, institutional standards (legislations, traditions, culture, religion etc), knowledge of methods usage resources and value of usage resources in production processes and in processes of consumption. Requirements and desires of resource consumers that change in terms of time and space have particular importance in choice. It is necessary consideration of transformation of natural resource in welfare from the point of view economic, social and ecological components. Their correlation depends on nature-resource potential, usable technologies and acting institutions (formal and informal).
