Diversifolol, a novel rearranged eudesmane sesquiterpene from the leaves of Tithonia diversifolia

摘要
Diversifolo [4 alpha-hydroxy-4 beta, 10 beta-dimethyl-7 beta (methyl 1E-propenoate)-trans-decanine], a novel rearranged eudesmane sesquiterpene, was isolated from the leaves of Tithomia diversifolia. Its structure was spectroscopically determined by 2D-NMR experiments, including HMBC and NOESY.
