摘要
Magnetic properties of Pm ions in NdNiAl4 were investigated by low-temperature nuclear orientation of Pm-144. The observed gamma-ray anisotropy as a function of external fields revealed a change in the magnetic structure of Pm ions at the metamagnetic Phase transition of NdNiAl4. The extracted hyperfine field was 50(5) T which is substantially smaller than those previously reported.
