A new guaiane type sesquiterpene from Torilis japonica

摘要：
A new guaiane type sesquiterpene was isolated from the fruit of Torilis japonica (Umbelliferae). Based on NMR, IR and mass spectroscopy its structure was confirmed as deangeloyloxy torilin, 1 beta, 7 alpha, 10 alphaH-11-acetoxy-guaia-4-en-3-one (1). This is the first report showing that this compound can be isolated from Torilis japonica.
