Study on the evaluation model of eco-city construction

The method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis has been adopted in the paper, and advances the contents and methods of comprehensive evaluation, at the same time establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of eco-city, then the model that fits the evaluation of eco-city construction has been developed by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which has been given a comprehensive evaluation case of Harbin eco-city construction. The results indicate that the model is an effective prediction method for eco-city research and management, which provides a wide future forecasting, analysis, and decision-making. At last the paper advances the contents and the strategies to promote the work of Harbin eco-city construction management.
