摘要
In current research on ecological risk, environmental risk and disaster risk, the study involved eco-environmental risk for nature disaster is not more. This paper discusses the basic theory and evaluation method of the regional nature disaster risk of ecological environment. The key. to disaster eco-environmental risk assessment is to assess the probability of uncertain disasters and its negative consequences on ecological systems for human survival. Four steps for eco-environmental risk assessment on storm tide flood disaster are put forward, including risk receptor analysis, probability analysis of risk sources, exposure and vulnerability assessment and expression of risk degree. With the data from the 18 counties in Changle city in coastal area in Fujian province in China as the basis, an eco-environmental risk for storm tide flood disaster was conduced, and a risk ranking was made according to the eco-environmental risk value. The results show that there is a high eco-environmental risk for Yingqian and Meihua County.
