摘要
We show that extremely narrow beams (of the width of few wavelengths) can be used for second-harmonic generation in quadratic-nonlinear photonic crystals, tuned to the subdiffractive (self-collimating) regime simultaneously for both fundamental and second-harmonic waves. We prove second-harmonic generation numerically by means of finite-difference time-domain numerical integration.
