摘要：

IT innovation plays an imperative role for companies to compete in today's increasingly global economy. Research into exploiting IT adoption and implementation has been fragmented and inconclusive. There is no holistic view of IT innovation in general. This paper comprehensively reviews the literature relevant to IT innovation adoption research and its limitations. By examining three theories to explain innovation adoption and implementation problems,, it proposes a Technology-Process-Culture (TPC) paradigm to shift company's IT adoption management into an integrated perspective.
