摘要：
We study the Fourier-Walsh spectrum {(mu) over cap (S); S subset of {1,..., n}} of the Moebius function mu restricted to {0, 1, 2,..., 2(n) -1} similar or equal to {0, 1}(n) and prove that it is not captured by levels {(mu) over cap (S)| | S| < n(2/3-epsilon)}. An application to correlation with monotone Boolean functions is given.
