摘要：
This article applies reliability theory, computer technology, state monitoring, predicting, management, etc. technological theories, to the question that our country's current maintenance system exists, puts forward to pointed maintenance strategy. It establishes its basis, theory point, and concrete method step implemented tentatively, this strategy is used in all large-scale mechanical equipments.
