Large-scale Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Installation Project Management Research

The mechanical and electrical installation is a broad concept, involving a wide range, subjects span, although its inherent characteristics, but its versatility is also very strong. Only by grasping the electrical and mechanical installation of construction technology and quality management, in order to increase enterprise efficiency, and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the mechanical and electrical installation projects, pointing out that the idea of the mechanical and electrical installation project management, summed up the connotation of the mechanical and electrical installation project management, and has some theoretical guiding significance for the further improve the management of mechanical and electrical installation projects. Mechanical and electrical installation works activities covering equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, trial operation, the various stages of completion and acceptance, and ultimately use of the building function is to meet the goal.
