摘要
This paper details the features of a training process in the use of ICT that begins with the Faculty teacher's training and continues with the gradual introduction of some tools in order to develop student's ICT skills. 2009-2010 has been the first academic year offering the degree studies adapted to the new European Higher Education Area (EHEA) in the Faculty of Humanities and Education of Mondragon Unibertsitatea. This new challenge has been used to introduce some technological tools in several subjects in the 1st year of Teacher Training studies as well as to adapt to the requirements arising from the Bologna Declaration. The introduction of tools like blogs, wikis and social tagging is justified by their potential for the development of personal and specific professional skills in the curriculum, in addition to their presence and usefulness in society. Firstly, in order to implement the use of ICT, Faculty teachers have been trained in their pedagogical and technological use as they become protagonists in this implementation with their students. The aim of this paper is consequently, to explain the basis of this experience in higher education, to present a theoretical framework with a literature review and to offer some conclusions and practical implications that this initiative means in training and development of the community of teachers and students in this Faculty.
