摘要
Formation of Mo-oxide structures on rough (corrugated) surfaces under condition of linearly increasing temperature as a simulation of laser-driven oxidation in nonstationary conditions, has shown that (1) heterogenous oxide patterns are formed: (2) local oxide structures grow independently (3) every local structure changes in time as the temperature increases; (4) all structures grow until they finally become buried in a randomly growing oxide layer. Metal cations were assumed particles with anomalous dynamic diffusion which in addition to their motion in fractal space, may form strange attractor sets. Assuming that the particle velocity field is space-time periodic. all the observed patterns were successfully reproduced, by increasing the amplitude, 1, of the particle velocity (with increasing temperature). The coefficient of anomalous diffusion in such case is equal to the multifractal dimension D-q The change of patterns is caused by the change of cations transport with temperature. which may be based on the accelerator modes, on the Levy flight, on the quasiperiodic trajectories and on the chaotic ones.
