摘要
Online public opinion crisis is a double-edged sword to government image. On one hand, it can be taken as an opportunity for the government to improve its own image; on the other hand, it makes government management more difficult, which may impact the government image. Government action is exposed to the "magnifying lenses" of online public opinion, making the government image meet unprecedented opportunities and challenges. While analyzing the opportunities and challenges the online public opinion crisis brings to government image, studying the reasons of the Chinese government's image damage under the online public. opinion crisis and further exploring the methods of improving the government image under this background are of great importance to closing the relationship between the government and masses and improving the government's ruling ability.
