Model Assisted Probability of Detection Evaluation of a Health Monitoring System by Using CUDA Technology

摘要
In this work the authors propose a model-assisted POD application for SHIM systems under uncertain crack configuration and system variability. The SHIM system-related phenomena are studied via computer models. Other sources of variability are accounted for by adding empirical noise to the numerical results. Computers models are solved making use of parallel processing technology which significantly speeds up the simulation time.
