Our country university high administrative serious obstacle to the cultivation of talents, restricted the development of China's colleges and universities. University administrative power is too large. inhibition of the majority of teachers and students creativity, breeding corruption problem. This paper analyzes the malpractice of administration in Colleges and universities, and how to realize the "administration" to explore.
