摘要
As an advanced process-based management tool, S OR has been widely applied to manufacture industry. Because of the differences of construction and manufacture, it is necessary to establish a specific supply chain operations reference- model for construction enterprises. Based on the kernel theory of SCOR, this paper proposes a framework for construction supply chain operations reference-model (CSCOR). From the perspective of top level, a clear framework is created for the complex business processes of construction companies. Construction supply chain performance indicator system is then provided for evaluating the performance of the whole supply chain and each process through it. Finally, this paper briefly presents the application of the CSCOR model for improving the performance of the construction supply chain.
