摘要
Innovative synthetic technology-based rGO-embedded nitride and YAG hybrid remote phosphors were prepared for the creation of warm white LEDs. Compared with hybrid remote phosphors without rGO, the rGO embedded hybrid remote phosphors exhibited higher I-L and T-L properties. We suggest that these phosphors will play an important role as promising candidates for next generation remote phosphors used to generate warm white light.
