摘要
From last decade, plasmonics gives very much attention and closely relates to the nanophotonic domains that can control of optical fields at the nano dimension level. Its most exciting property is to concentrate the electromagnetic field and also improves field components at nanometer scale, especially in solar cell. In plasmonic region, Noble metals like Au and Ag are best choice as nanoparticle where the density of electron gas that oscillates at Plasmon frequency and also improves absorption by scattering. In this paper, we investigate the effect of nanoparticle size to enhance extinction in terms of absorption and scattering by means of surface Plasmon and also studied finite difference time domain based proposed solar cell model that improves in various simulated surface plasmonic fields components. We also see that both silver and gold nanoparticle significantly improves optical absorption by plasmonic effect.
