摘要
Computer science and, even more recently, new communications technologies, have radically chanced work methods and inter-human relationships in virtually professions in the course of the last two decades - the educational profession Is no exception. Teachers are changing their ways of working, or will soon have to do so, in the case of those still resisting the new methods of communication - networks, television, computers, all enabling long-distance communications between groups of individuals using the advantages of multimedia. Nowadays, it is obvious - and admitted by practically everyone - that the emergence of these new tools will modify not only the practice and methods of teaching but also the relationships between teachers and the pedagogical content. All sectors of each nation's educational system, from nursery school to university, without forgetting the research sector or continual and professional education, are affected by these changes.
