摘要
The aim of this paper is to evaluate the importance of the selected criteria considered in the preparatory stage of the life cycle of buildings having an impact on the life of the building. Set of criteria is evaluated in terms of contractor and subsequently in terms of building users. The aim is to determine how many different significance criteria from the perspective of both parties. On the basis of European standards ISO 15686-5 was chosen set of criteria and compiled a questionnaire. Data were collected using a standardized questionnaire. The object of the research is a set of construction enterprises with prevailing construction activity, classified according to the classification of economic activities NACE under "Construction" and a set of users of new buildings intended primarily for housing. Scientific contribution of this paper is to compare the importance of the selected criteria from two perspectives - view construction company and building users. Rational decision-making on economic aspects of construction required in the preparatory stage of construction the existence of a number of criteria. Research conducted in this paper clearly showed that the greatest significance in the assessment criteria with the suppliers and users of buildings in the most different areas of operation, maintenance and renewal costs. Wider practical use of research results alludes to certain limits. For example, the motivation of construction enterprises to use the findings of this contribution in the preparation of buildings in their real practice and especially access to relevatnim data. Building contractors in the event of thinking these costs had to choose higher quality and therefore more expensive building materials and technologies.
