An Optimal Weighted Prediction Model to Forecast Grain Production Volumes in Jilin Province

摘要
In the following research, the weights are based on the Module of Optimal Weighting and combining time series model and forecasting model GM (1, 1), using the 1952-2010 grain production statistics of Jilin province, established the grain yield of Jilin province for combination forecasting model. And predicting the the grain output of Jilin from 2011 to 2020, in 2011 for 31092.2 thousands tons, by 2020, achieve 41947.4 thousands tons, with an average annual growth rate for 3.38%.
