Reconstruction of the amplitude-phase information accompanying the stimulated scattering of light

The reconstruction of an image of an object in beams of stimulated scattering (SS) of light has been obtained from the Fourier spectrum of the object, illuminated by laser radiation. It is shown that the phase of the SS is associated with the phase of the exciting radiation even at the initial stage of development of the SS. (C) 1997 The Optical Society of America.
