摘要
With the rapid growth in electrical utility industry the need to make distribution system automated has risen. This has led to the evolution of Smart Grid. The primary goal in this perspective is to prove a seamless and reliable supply to the end user. Irrespective of the measures taken, faults and outages are bound to happen. In order to achieve the goal of continuous supply load restoration is the method to be applied. Many approaches in literature are present but they all suffer the disadvantage of centralized control. The paper presents a decentralized approach, Multi-agent framework to achieve restoration. The MAS concept is implemented on VTB and LabVIEW platform. The proposed scheme ensures a fast and reliable restoration with opening new research endeavour for the hardware demonstration of MAS technology. (C) 2017 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
