摘要
Prolonged venous hypertension change both the conditions of local skin microcirculation and selecting of fibriloformative cells, resulting in appearance and evolution of venous leg ulceration. During 2003-2004, investigations were completed on 76 biopsies speciments from 27 pacients with venous ulceration caused by CVI of lower limbs, the class 4 (n = 12), class 5 (n = 6) and class 6 (n = 9) after CEAP classification. The biopsies speciments were serial excised from the ulceration basis, ulceration edges, the periulceration area of 2 cm. The biopsies specimens were processed applying a usual histological technique, histochemistry technique (orcein, impregnation silver, blue alcian). Also were immunohistochemistry investigated 5 cases in LSAB(2) technique. In adjacent dermal of ulceration lesions were observed pronounced fibrosis, unspecifical chronic inflammation, high neoangiogenesis in deep and superficial dermis and in varicose veins walls, dots-like distribution of dermal myofibroblasts.
